In our lab, we apply a broad variety of cell biological, (protein) biochemical, molecular biological, immunological, and computational methods. In addition, we closely work together with various collaborators who have expertise in fields such as mass spectrometry, structural biology, molecular dynamics, and genome engineering. An overview of our approaches with examples is given below.
