Research topic: Rational design of MOFs and MOF-derived materials for electrocatalysis

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), composed of metal ions or clusters with polytopic organic linkers, have been used as a class of templates and precursors for clean energy applications. My aim is to design MOFs and MOF-derived materials by surface-mounted method for enhanced electrocatalysis, and also to employ some ex-situ and in-situ techniques to understand the electrocatalytic process.
